Holly Van Cleve is a 5th generation South Texan and proud of her ranching heritage. Growing up on a small ranch and now running her own she has extensive awareness in the ranching, hunting and oil and gas industries. She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Sul Ross State University. She then began her vast experience as a Petroleum Landman that taught her valuable lessons and contribute to her understanding in the real estate business. For the past 25 years she has assisted with her family’s general store in Carrizo Springs, which has been a great influence of her knowledge of hunting, farming and ranching.

Her passion and enthusiasm will help her guide and assist buyers and sellers in today’s market. Holly has a lifelong familiarity with the land, the people who love it and those who live it.

Ryder Carpenter

Ryder was born and raised on a large cattle ranch in the Texas panhandle where he developed a strong passion for the outdoors and agriculture. In addition to raising cattle on the family ranch, they also raise both cutting horses and mule deer. Ryder has a strong passion for all three and has learned every aspect of the family ranch as well as building and managing his own cattle herd. He graduated from Tarleton State University with a major in Agricultural Economics and a minor in Accounting. After college, Ryder relocated to Weatherford to be more involved in the cutting horse industry and to start his career in real estate.

Ryder’s knowledge of agriculture, the horse industry, and his college education will be an asset to both buyers and sellers who are looking for their next ranch or to market their current property.
