Squirrel Creek rises at the intersection of West and East Squirrel Creeks ten miles W. of Yancey, TX in SW Medina County (at 29°09' N, 99°17' W) and runs SE ten miles to its mouth on Seco Creek in NW Frio County (at 29°04' N, 99°11' W). East Squirrel Creek runs 14 miles and West Squirrel Creek 16 miles before joining to form Squirrel Creek. The area has flat terrain with shallow depressions and is covered with clays of varying porosity supporting water-tolerant hardwoods, conifers, and grasses.

Improvements:    An awesome home site has been cleared on a higher elevation overlooking a portion of the Squirrel Creek. The views from this area are incredible and will provide endless hours of enjoyment of the surrounding native landscape. Medina Electric supplies electricity to the property.
