Completed in the fall of 2003, the main lodge contains 5,000 square feet of interior space and an imposing 2,000 square foot wrap-around porch. There is a beautiful swimming pool and hot tub with a fantastic game room, patios and outdoor entertaining and cooking area near the main lodge. The lodge area is tucked against the foot of the mountain range and was designed to blend in to the surrounding countryside to protect the visual harmony of the ranch. With 5 huge bedrooms, a massive great room, dining area and kitchen all adorned with a perfect blend of rustic and modern décor, the main lodge could serve as an impressive commercial hunting headquarters or simply an extraordinary private retreat. Additional improvements include a large manufactured foreman's house nestled in a beautiful grove of live oaks, as well as another manufactured home which serves as a ranch hand house. The ranches original corrals, feed barns, and cattle working pens have been restored near the main entrance to create a visual reflection of its long ranching history. The property is perimeter fenced and cross-fenced by an 8-foot tight lock game fence constructed in 2001.
