Description: Excellent
native South Texas brush set on gentle rolling
terrain including: guayacan, granjenio, blackbrush,
guajillo and mesquite creating a tremendous wildlife
habitat. This ranch is high fenced and has been
under MLDP management for several years.
Wildlife: Native
wildlife is abundant on the ranch including: dove,
quail, turkey, javelina and whitetail deer with
improved genetics through releases of select deer
from scientific breeding pens. 25 bucks released
in December 2006 from scientific breeding pens
including bloodlines from the Berry, Wheeler and
VLC breeding programs.

from scientific breeding pens including bloodlines

Water: Water
on the ranch is inclusive of a pond in Pasture
1, a 1000+/- gallon reserve water tank and 2 water
troughs in the 2 DMP pens, one pond, a windmill
with spill-over trough and a 10’ water trough
in Pasture 2.

include: Recently completed, 3000sq/ft –rock three
bedroom lodge with high ceilings and open floor
plan and a two bedroom – two bathroom guest
house.

Pasture
1: two water troughs, one pond, one
oat patch, two "Outback" protein feeders,

"Field Pro" corn feeders, one double ”Boss” fiberglass
stand, one single and one double wood blind.
Pasture
2: one pond, one windmill with
spill-over trough, one 10’ trough, four
oat plots, two "Outback" protein feeders,
seven corn feeders, three “Boss” fiberglass
blinds, two single and 2 double blinds.
Remarks: This
ranch is secluded, creating a sanctuary for retreat
as well as a great hunting destination.
