Location:                  The ranch is located on FM 468 approximately 18 miles west of Cotulla, Texas in Dimmit County.

Water:                         There is a Carrizo water well that feeds the house and is pumped into a 28,000 gallon covered water storage tank; the well has a 10”casing, 20 HP pump with 3 phase power which is adequate for a small irrigation system. There are 2 stock tanks, 3 concrete water troughs and approximately 3-4 miles of 2” underground water pipeline which feeds the tanks and troughs.

Improvements:     The ranch has a Pueblo Indian style lodge located under a 128’ X 60’ open metal hanger style barn. This beautiful lodge (2005) construction has 4 separate air-conditioned rooms with baths that sleep 2 to 3 people each. The entire facility is furnished and complete with separate room satellite systems. The main lodge consists of an open kitchen, dining area, a large den type living room and an additional larger upstairs bedroom; the lodge is completely furnished. In place is a separate laundry, storage and deep freeze room, an 8’X10’ walk-in cooler as well as cleaning facilities are also located beneath the barn. There is ample covered parking under the remainder of the large barn. A thatched roof cabana is located just outside the lodge for entertaining.
