Location: This South Texas hunting
ranch is located in Uvalde County approximately 3 miles southeast of Uvalde, TX on HWY 140. In addition to the highway frontage, the main entrance is off County Road 365.
The ranch is a little over 1.5 hours west of San Antonio and only 15 minutes from the Uvalde airport.
Description: This high-fenced, hunting and recreational ranch is perfect
for corporate or family retreats. It has been developed to provide optimum recreation and hunting experiences. The scenic, gravel covered hills are covered with a wide variety
of South Texas native, high protein brush including guajillo, blackbrush, guayacan, and Texas Kidneywood. The drainages and bottomland areas have large mesquites, granjeno,
persimmon, prickly pear and numerous other native brush species. There is a 170 acre irrigated food plot adjacent to the main lodge which is seasonally planted for game
birds in the summer and white-tailed deer in the winter.

Wildlife: This
is a highly improved game ranch with excellent populations of deer, dove and quail. This ranch has been under intensive wildlife management for the past
12 years, culminating with the harvest of the highest scoring deer in the Uvalde Leader-News Trophy buck contest in 2005. There are six white-tailed deer breeding pens located
near ranch headquarters. Besides the outstanding white-tailed deer herd, exceptional wing shooting of mourning and white-winged dove is normal. Healthy bobwhite quail populations
can be found on the ranch. The tanks have been stocked with bass and catfish providing excellent fishing.
Water: This
well-watered ranch has 3 water wells including a 220 foot deep irrigation well. The irrigation well can pump approximately 1500 gpm to a 170 acre pivot irrigated food plot.
Underground pipelines furnish additional water to two recreational stock tanks for fishing and swimming. The other two submergible wells provide water for the Lodge, headquarters
complex, lawn irrigation system, and to troughs located throughout the 763 acre ranch.
Improvements: Improvement on this ranch is extensive beginning with the 5 bedroom, 4 bath main Lodge. This
4,600 sq. ft. lodge features a great room with a 17-ft ceiling and fireplace, large dining hall, and a large stone porch overlooking the irrigated food plot. A 2,800 sq.
ft. Cantina and Game room is detached from the Lodge and is equipped with pool table, bar, shuffle board table and many other entertainment features. The 4,200 sq. ft. Party
Pavilion is complete with outdoor covered seating, fire pit, restrooms, barbeque and outdoor cooking facilities. There is a game cleaning station with a walk-in cooler.
There is a 6,000 sq. ft. Shop and work facility connected to the rear of the Main Lodge as well as a 6,000 sq. ft. concrete-floored Quonset Barn for equipment. There is
also a 2,680 sq. ft. metal barn and bunkhouse which contains a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and bath. Additionally, there are two 12,000 gallon upright storage tanks, one 1,000
gallon diesel tank, two grain storage bins, one overhead storage bin for protein pellets, four 2,000 lb. protein feeders, fifteen 1,000 lb. protein feeders, spin-cast feeders
throughout the ranch, and eight 2-man deer blinds. There is an excellent system of all weather, well maintained roads.
