Entrance to the ranch is located approximately five miles north of Cotulla, then approximately 2 miles west of IH35 on an all-weather road in LaSalle County, Texas.


H&H Ranch has gently rolling terrain with an excellent cover of Mesquite trees, Guijillo, Long Flower Catclaw, and other high protein brush, and native grasses. There are numerous species of hardwoods including Black Willow, Little Walnut, Mexican Ash, Persimmon, Hackberry, Willow and Live Oak.
