Location:                         Located in Kerr County, 4.5 miles south of Kerrville, Texas off of Hwy 173 and fronting on FM 2771.

There is an older rock home; open pole barn, small wood frame home, in-ground storage rooms, 2 domestic water wells; electricity and water wells are located at both ends of the ranch.
