Wildlife:                             Native wildlife is abundant on the ranch including: Mule deer, Whitetail deer, Coues deer, javelina, quail, dove, turkey, aoudad sheep and mountain lion; as well as, a plethora of indigenous birds that gather around the rock tank.

Water:                               Shallow ground water is available at various points on the ranch. There is a small spring fed water development with a large open topped storage tank constructed of native rock.
