awe-inspiring view of Mt. Livermore and its
baldy peak (the tallest peak in the Davis Mountains)
as well as the Sierra Viejo Mountains to the
west the Del Nortes and the Glass mountains
to the southeast, The Chinati Mountains to
the southwest with Mexico beyond.
Wildlife: Native
wildlife is abundant on the ranch including:
Mule deer, Whitetail deer, Coues deer, javelina,
quail, dove, turkey, aoudad sheep and mountain
lion; as well as, a plethora of indigenous
birds that gather around the rock tank.
Water: Shallow
ground water is available at various points
on the ranch. There is a small spring
fed water development with a large open topped
storage tank constructed of native rock.
