northern Maverick County approximately 35 miles southwest
of Uvalde, Distance from San Antonio is approximately 125

Description: This high-fenced game
ranch is situated in the midst of one of the most scenic
areas of South Texas, as well as, one of the top counties
for producing trophy whitetail bucks. The terrain is gently
rolling terrain containing a wide variety of high protein
brush: including, Guajillo, Guayacan, Blackbrush, Mesquite,
Granjeno, cactus and many other species of brush native to
the area. There are numerous seasonal creeks and drainages.
Wildlife: Healthy native wildlife
populations exist on the property. A wildlife management
program is in place and is under the Texas Parks and Wildlife
Dept. MLD program.
Water: There are six earthen stock tanks
evenly distributed throughout the ranch. One of the tanks is
17 acres, while the house tank is approximately 25 acres when
full.
Improvements: Include a high
fenced boundary, good road system, two fenced pastures, and
a small livestock trap pasture. There is a refurbished lodge
with 2BR/2BA, kitchen and greatroom. There is also a well house
with a water filtration system, walk in deer storage cooler and
torage container unit. There is electricity available on the ranch.
There are also numerous turkey feeders, several quail feeders,
