Location: The ranch is located in Uvalde County approximately 6 miles west of Uvalde, TX on HWY 90. It has approximately ¼ mile of highway frontage. The ranch is a little over 1.5 hour west of San Antonio.
Description: The ranch is loaded with a wide variety of South Texas native high protein brush including guajillo, blackbrush, guayacan, and Texas Kidneywood in the uplands.
