Location:                      The ranch is located at mile marker 31 on IH-35 West, 31 miles North of Laredo, Texas in Webb County .

              •  Terrain on the ranch is sloping with some low-lying creek areas.  There have been areas cleared and planted in improved grasses for cattle and wildlife, some of these areas are experiencing re-growth.

Wildlife:                      This is an area known for its great whitetail deer.  Other game includes: javelina, dove, qua il, feral hogs, turkey, black buck and other small game. A recent helicopter survey showed that the bucks are in good condition.
Water:                       Water is well distributed and plentiful; there are two water wells on the property, 2 stock tanks and areas in the wet weather creeks that hold water well. In addition, electric power lines cross the ranch, which makes it possible to drill additional water wells.
Improvements:       There are two homes, two bunkhouses, cleaning shed complete with walk in cooler, pump house for water well equipment, warehouse, hunters camp with RV hookups, electric power throughout the ranch, high fenced on three sides, improved grassland, good interior fencing, caliche material, all weather caliche road.
