Description:

The perimeter of this South Texas cattle farm is completely high fenced, and has been separated into 6 low-fenced pastures. Approximately 800 acres has been planted with improved grasses, and is irrigated with the 6 pivots. Rio Grande Electric supplies the ranch with 3-phase electricity.

Water:

There are 3 electric wells on the ranch, which supply water to the 14 water troughs, 2 of the 4 ponds and all 6 irrigation pivots. Each of the wells are set to produce between 1000 to 1800 GPM, but are capable of producing up to 5000 GPM total.

Wildlife:

The majority of the deer have been removed from the ranch in an effort to better maintain the farmland.

Improvements:

Located near the entrance of the ranch is a Trojan squeeze chute, 20ft cattle scale and working pens capable of holding up to approximately 1,500 head of cattle. A 2,200 +/- sq.ft equipment/storage barn sits perpendicular to the working pens. All 6 pivots can be controlled remotely via computer and are viewable by satellite. There is also new underground piping. A 7,200 +/- sq.ft pole barn sits towards the center of the property.
